The screening will consist of a 45-minute presentation. If the screening proves to be of interest, the discovery phase will begin with consultations with our Board of Advisors. This meeting is structured for a 3-hour timeline, during which we will discuss the key issues of your company. If there is further interest, then we will begin due diligence.

3. DUE DILIGENCE


During Due Diligence, our team will verify the statements made in the business plan, presentation, and financial projections. We will thoroughly research the team’s background and track record. 4. TERM SHEET


After successful completion of the due diligence process, The Investment Powerhouse will present a term sheet that defines the structure of the investment deal – whether equity, syndication etc. including types of equity and board of director’s representation, using industry standard terms and provisions.

5. DEAL STRUCTURE


The Deal Structure will be defined in the term sheet offering – whether equity, loan, or other financial instruments etc. including types of equity and board of director’s representation, management participation using industry standard terms and provisions.

6. FUNDING & BEYOND


When all parties are satisfied with the terms and language contained in the term sheet, the deal can be executed. Closing the deal is only the beginning of the funding process.
